Nathan Guerette
Dr. Nathan Guerette serves as Director and CEO of The Female Pelvic Medicine Institute of Virginia. He is a board certified Urogynecologist specializing in minimally invasive surgical options for pelvic reconstruction and cosmetic surgery including advanced vaginal and robotic surgery as well as non-surgical options. He also holds an appointment as Associate Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University in the division of Urogynecology and serves as Director of Robotic Surgery at Johnston Willis Medical Center.
Prior to moving to Virginia, Dr. Guerette served as Director of Urogynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Guerette is board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Family Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2005 and is the first fellowship trained, board certified Urogynecologist in Central Virginia.

Dr. Mark Smith
Dr. Mark Smith graduated with a M.Chem (Hons.) degree in chemistry and an interdisciplinary PhD. between chemistry and genetics. Before joining NATRUE in June 2014, he worked in research in biotechnology (Leeds, UK) and pharmaceuticals (Montréal, Canada) where he was involved in the coordination of strategic and internationally collaborative interdisciplinary projects. Mark became Director General of NATRUE in July 2016, where he is responsible for the running of the association, and takes the lead role in all political, regulatory and scientific affairs.

He is also a respected speaker in the global sports and marketing industries with key note talks at conferences such as Web Summit, EuroBike, ISPO, Sweat, The OutDoors Show, Elevate, OIA and EOG Summits.
Daniel is a Non Exec Director of Visit Chichester. He sits on the UK Sport & Outdoor Forum think tank and is a mentor to fit-tech start-ups as part of UKActive's ActiveLab program. He is also part of the international judging panel for the annual UK Active and Endorphin Sports Film Awards.
Growing up in Ireland, Daniel completed a Degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business Studies. Following on from that, Daniel worked for 4 years as European Marketing Director for the iconic American surf brand, O’Neill. Daniel founded Brandwave 13 years ago and now spends his time consulting for key clients on their global B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Daniel lives on the UK South Coast with his wife and three children.
