Ryan McGuigan

Ryan is a Principal at Rx3, responsible for managing all aspects of the fund’s investment process, including sourcing, diligence and portfolio management. Previously, Ryan was an associate on the consumer and retail team at Carlyle Group, where he focused on evaluating new investments and supporting the management team at NBTY, a portfolio company. He also worked as a summer associate for CircleUp Growth Partners, an early-stage consumer fund. Ryan began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley focused on the consumer and retail sectors. He earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard and his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Eric Elia

Eric is Head of Strategic Accounts at Mux where he helps storytellers at product and media companies from around the world build the next generation of video experiences. Mux is a developer video platform that enables innovators such as Equinox Media, Robinhood, VSCO, Reddit, Discovery, Fox and ViacomCBS. Previously he was part of the founding team at Brightcove, the pioneering online video platform company and led the first streaming initiatives at Comcast.

Tom Britz

A career business development professional, Tom is the Founder and CEO of Glacier Hops Ranch, which pioneered Hopzoil® back in 2015.  Tom previously held senior management positions in the U.S. ski resort industry in Vail, Colorado as well as in the payments industry.

A hop-industry insider, Tom was the first-ever national At-Large Director of the Hop Growers of America (HGA) and was subsequently appointed as National Chairman of the HGA’s Small Grower Council.  

Now living in the shadow of Glacier National Park, Tom and his team call Whitefish, Montana home.
