Rob is a farmer’s son from the southwest of the UK, with a background in software focusing on architecture and AI. Rob founded Glas Data in 2018 to specifically address the challenge of data management in agriculture. Glas Data’s products look to improve access to information for everyone in the sector and provide a single hub where ALL information can be analysed and aggregated. Rob’s vision is a unified data language for the agri sector so we can truly unlock precision farming.

Prior to this she completed the Origin Green Ambassador Programme, a 2-year MSc. in Business Sustainability, during which time she worked with McDonald’s Global Sustainability Team and M&S’ Plan A Team. Before embarking on her career in sustainability, Gill worked in Corporate Banking and Risk Management. She is a part-qualified ACCA and has a B.A. in Mathematics from Trinity College.

Matilda Lomas is the Biology & Cleanerfish Coordinator for Bakkafrost Scotland. She is responsible for the sourcing and strategic deployment of wrasse and lumpfish into salmon pens across all of the company's sea sites along the west coast and Western Isles. Matilda is a member of Women in Scottish Aquaculture's advisory board and has worked in the Scottish aquaculture industry for eight years.
