Mika Nishimura is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in medical device industry.
During her tenure as the Director of Global Marketing at Guidant Vascular Intervention and Vice President, International Sales Operations and Marketing at ev3, Inc., Ms. Nishimura started and built franchises contributing significant, consistent revenue and profit growth with operations in over 30 markets.
In 1999, Ms. Nishimura founded The BLG Group, a leading consulting practice advising both investors and device companies. Her clients have sought her group’s advice on critical strategic initiatives ranging from identifying high-priority acquisition targets, developing a product/technology road map based on rigorous analyses and strategic thinking, or creating and executing a geographical expansion plan. She is a frequent speaker at medical device and life science conferences.
In April 2011, Ms. Nishimura became Vice President, Commercial Development for Auxogyn, Inc., an early-stage life science company focused on improving success rates of in-vitro fertilization procedures.
Ms. Nishimura holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics with distinction, summa cum laude from Yale University.

Mary Kerr has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NeRRe Therapeutics, a privately funded UK Biotech since 2015, and a non-executive independent director at Galapagos NV since 2016. In 2017 Mary co-founded and was CEO of KaNDy Therapeutics until the company was acquired by Bayer in September 2020 for an upfront consideration of $425 million and additional potential development, regulatory and sales milestone payments. Before her career in Biotech, Mary held a range of senior leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline and heritage companies for more than 20 years, including Senior Vice President and Global Franchise leader for the Immuno-inflammation and Infectious Diseases franchise. Mary was a founding member and on the Corporate Executive team of ViiV Healthcare, where she led the European business. She has spent most of her career on the R&D commercial interface in global strategy and regional operational roles, predominantly in the specialty and orphan space. Mary gained a BSc and Ph.D. in Pharmacology at the University of Bradford, did post-doctoral research at the Michigan Cancer Foundation in Detroit, and has an MBA from the University of Kingston.

Jill is the co-founder and CEO of Gennev whose mission is to empower every woman to improve her quality of life through menopause by creating a higher standard of care for post-reproductive healthcare.
Jill has 20 years’ experience in the tech industry, primarily at Microsoft in executive roles such as Chief of Staff to the CMO, Director of Global Media, and Product Management for Emerging Markets. Jill is also a member of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of Washington.
Named as one of Inc. Magazine’s 2020 Top 100 Female Founders, Jill is a driving force for bringing effective health solutions to women in the most vibrant years of their lives.
Gina Nebesar
Gina Nebesar is the co-founder of Ovia Health, the leading digital health platform for families, offering evidence-based, daily support across the full spectrum of family care - from family building and fertility to prenatal health and parental wellbeing. As the Chief Product Officer, she scaled the platform to over 15 million people globally and brought equitable access to communities through over 2,000 partnerships with health plans, employers, and channel relationships. Gina is also an Ovia mom of three kids and women’s health ambassador with over 50 million views of her Ovia Pregnancy video series chronicling her journey to motherhood. She is passionate about using digital health to break down barriers to self-advocacy and preventative care.
Prior to Ovia Health, Gina founded Automatic Apparel, a high tech vending machine company for electronics and apparel - featured in the Boston Herald, Martha Stewart Show, CNN, and USA Today.
Gina began her career in engineering and manufacturing at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, supervising assembly line production of spaceflight hardware.
Gina earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Harvard Business School

Christina Jenkins MD is a venture investor and strategic advisor with expertise spanning clinical medicine, venture capital, health systems, and managed care organizations. Her knowledge of healthcare providers, payers, and consumers enables successful innovation, growth, and improved outcomes.
As a Venture Partner for Portfolia’s FemTech and Active Aging and Longevity Funds, Dr. Jenkins invests in early-stage companies targeting women’s health, or that seek to leverage women’s role as primary health decisionmaker and caregiver.
She also serves as Executive Advisor for Lucania Partners, working alongside healthcare leaders to implement growth and redesign strategies. Previously, Dr. Jenkins was the founding CEO of OneCity Health Services, a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals (H+H) built to establish population health and value-based payment capabilities for 1M lives.
Dr. Jenkins is a Board Director for Independence Health Group (parent of Independence Blue Cross), a Board Observer for Madorra, and an advisor to value-generating healthcare companies including Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Elektra, Incredible Health, Babyscripts, and Wellth.
